Born in San Diego, CA at Balboa Naval Hospital to proud U.S. Marine Corps parents who instilled in me the values of discipline, integrity, and service—principles that guide me in my real estate career today.

Raised in New Beford Massachusetts, I later relocated to Florida in 1986. I graduated with honors from the University of Florida, earning a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in Finance and Marketing. (Go Gators!) In 1995, I launched my real estate career and have been proudly serving Sarasota, Manatee, and the surrounding Gulf Coast communities ever since.

My real estate journey began with Arthur Rutenberg Homes, specializing in selling high-end, custom-built properties in premier communities like Lakewood Ranch, River Club  and Tara Golf & Country Club. As a Certified New Home Specialist, I quickly earned recognition for my sales performance and transitioned into general real estate where I spent many years as a consistent top producer with SaraBay Real Estate and RE/MAX—earning honors such as the President’s Club and 100% Club year after year.

In 2006, I co-founded The Serena Group at Keller Williams Realty of Manatee, leading a team of full-time agents and building one of the area’s most recognized and productive real estate brands—specializing in Short Sales and Bank-Owned Properties. My leadership and results-driven approach helped our team thrive during some of the market’s most challenging years. After a brief stint serving the Longboat Key market with Coldwell Banker, I proudly returned to the KW family with Keller Williams Suncoast in 2020, where I continue to serve with a very strong work ethic and passion for service.
